施工注意事項和地坪使用須知
施工注意事項
1、資料大面積施工前必須要小面積試樣,符合要求後再大面積施工; 如發現問題,需即時反應給資料供應服務人員和科技人員。 因有些資料含有溶劑,施工工作時必須嚴禁煙火;
2、施工場所要注意通風良好,避免人員吸入有害氣體發生中毒;
3、施工人員應戴保護手套,避免使皮膚接觸塗料;
4、資料存放於露天處時,應將其整齊堆放在托板上,並以膠布覆蓋,以免資料進水,並應嚴防烟火;
5、地面灰塵需徹底清除,以確保底漆的坿著效果;
6、底漆因含溶劑,須待完全揮發後方可進行下一道的施工,以免起泡;
7、資料調配時,須以紙板(或彩條布)墊在地面,以防油漆流到地上;
8調配資料時應注意其混合比例,且以稱秤重,資料混合攪拌均勻後,應在可使用時間內塗刷完畢,避免膠凝、增稠、接近硬化而流平不佳甚至無法再使用;
9、塗布油漆時發現顆粒或其它雜物,應及時清除;
10、施工中若有被油漆沾汙的地方,需及時清洗乾淨以防日後難以去除;
11、表面處理用噴塗時(不可添加稀釋劑),噴槍移動速度應勻速,勿在一處停留過久,否則會失去表面的美觀性;
12、桶內餘料應以刮料板刮除乾淨,以免混合比例不准及資料損失;
13、施工場所若有垂直面或踢腳線時,應先用膠帶貼邊及標線;
14、施工結束後,有關雜物及空罐等須運走,場地須清潔、乾淨;
15、施工時現場溫度應在10°C以上,如低於此標準時,請停止施工或改用其它低溫耐濕產品以免表層發粘、不幹或發白。
16、配料桶每次倒料必須倒盡,多次配料後要及時清理或換桶配料,以免配料桶粘附資料過多,而影響配料重量比的準確性; 否則會最終導致色漆或固化劑單一剩餘,可能還會出現色差、顆粒、流平不佳、硬度、亮度不够,甚至不幹等諸多不良現象發生。
地坪使用須知
1、完工後(一般)可使用時間:24小時後方可步行,7-14天后方可承載重物(25℃為准,低溫開放時間需適度延長),保養期前三天塗層為主固化期,請完全封閉現場,養護期內禁止沾水及重壓,以免損傷環氧塗層;
2、最理想的硬度和耐候性:7-14天以後,地坪效能完全穩定,達到最理想的硬度和耐候性;
3、保持清潔衛生:環氧地面需要保持清潔的衛生,如有砂塵顆粒、堅硬物料的碎顆粒等,需及時清掃乾淨以免經碾壓後刮傷地面; 人員自外進入車間不要帶進砂塵,車間及倉庫內、外使用不同的又車,外面的又車不要進去,裡面的又車不要出來,以免帶進砂塵;
4、避免撞擊和刮傷:避免超重的機器、物件直接撞擊地面; 避免尖銳的器件刮傷地面; 如有又車、手推車等行走,應使用橡膠輪子;
5、及時清除油污和溶劑:所施工地坪雖有較好的耐酸性,但亦需妥善護理,如有水、酸性大、中型鹼性溶劑、機油等積於地面,應及時處理,最好不要超過24小時;
6、及時修補破損:如地坪漆面發生破損,破損之處又有油污滴落,則破損處需及時修補,以防油污等滲透入素地結構中或漆層底下。
7、新完工地坪的特別保護:新完工的地面,可能會有其它施工單位進入進行後期的安裝、裝修等工作,囙此需要對環氧地坪進行特別保護:
a、 人員進出只從一、二個出入口,最好派專管人員值班;
b、 出入人員需除鞋或換乾淨的軟底鞋才能進入; c、 不得有硬物在地面拖行,不得將泥、砂等帶進現場;
d、 工作(如電焊、刷天花板等)地點一定要鋪墊隔擋資料,避免損壞、弄髒環氧地坪,
e、 養護期後可用一般的清洗方法清洗,有條件的話可以適時人工拖布方法打中性水蠟保護(打蠟機容易有刮痕)。
Construction precautions

2. The construction site should pay attention to good ventilation to avoid personnel inhaling harmful gases and causing poisoning;
3. Construction personnel should wear protective gloves to avoid skin contact with paint;
4. When storing data in the open air, it should be neatly stacked on pallets and covered with adhesive tape to prevent water from entering the data. Smoking and fireworks should also be strictly prevented;
5. The dust on the ground needs to be thoroughly removed to ensure the adhesion effect of the primer;
6. Due to the presence of solvents in the primer, it must be completely evaporated before proceeding to the next layer of construction to prevent foaming;
7. When preparing materials, cardboard (or colored cloth) should be placed on the ground to prevent paint from flowing onto the ground;
When preparing the materials, attention should be paid to the mixing ratio, and the weight should be weighed. After the materials are mixed and stirred evenly, they should be applied within the usable time to avoid gelation, thickening, approaching hardening, poor leveling, or even being unusable;
9. If particles or other debris are found during paint application, they should be removed in a timely manner;
10. If there are areas stained with paint during construction, they should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent difficulty in removing them in the future;
11. When spraying for surface treatment (no thinner can be added), the spray gun should move at a constant speed and not stay in one place for too long, otherwise it will lose the beauty of the surface;
12. The remaining materials in the bucket should be scraped clean with a scraper to avoid inaccurate mixing ratios and data loss;
13. If there are vertical surfaces or skirting lines in the construction site, tape should be used to edge and mark the lines first;
14. After the construction is completed, miscellaneous items and empty cans must be transported away, and the site must be clean and tidy;
15. The on-site temperature during construction should be above 10 ° C. If it falls below this standard, please stop construction or use other low-temperature and moisture resistant products to prevent the surface from sticking, not drying, or turning white.
16. The ingredient bucket must be emptied every time it is poured, and after multiple batches of ingredients, the bucket should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner to avoid excessive adhesion of materials to the ingredient bucket, which may affect the accuracy of the ingredient weight ratio; Otherwise, it will ultimately result in a single residual color paint or curing agent, and may also cause many adverse phenomena such as color difference, particles, poor leveling, insufficient hardness, brightness, and even non drying.
Floor usage instructions
1. After completion (generally), it can be used for 24 hours before walking and 7-14 days before carrying heavy objects (25 ℃ as the standard, and the low-temperature opening time needs to be moderately extended). The coating is mainly cured during the first three days of the maintenance period. Please completely close the site, and do not touch water or apply heavy pressure during the maintenance period to avoid damaging the epoxy coating;
2. The most ideal hardness and weather resistance: After 7-14 days, the floor performance is completely stable, achieving the most ideal hardness and weather resistance;
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Epoxy flooring needs to be kept clean and hygienic. If there are sand, dust particles, or broken particles of hard materials, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid scratching the floor after being crushed; Personnel entering the workshop from outside should not bring in sand and dust. Different vehicles should be used inside and outside the workshop and warehouse. Vehicles outside should not enter, and those inside should not leave to avoid bringing in sand and dust;
4. Avoid collisions and scratches: Avoid direct impact of overweight machines or objects on the ground; Avoid scratching the ground with sharp devices; If there are carts, handcarts, etc. walking, rubber wheels should be used;
5. Timely removal of oil stains and solvents: Although the constructed floor has good acid resistance, it also needs to be properly cared for. If water, acidic large or medium-sized alkaline solvents, engine oil, etc. accumulate on the ground, they should be dealt with in a timely manner, preferably not exceeding 24 hours;
6. Timely repair of damages: If the floor paint surface is damaged and there are oil stains dripping from the damaged area, the damaged area needs to be repaired in a timely manner to prevent oil stains from penetrating into the natural structure or under the paint layer.
7. Special protection for newly completed flooring: Newly completed flooring may require special protection for epoxy flooring as other construction units may enter for later installation, decoration, and other work
a、 Personnel can only enter and exit from one or two entrances, and it is best to assign dedicated personnel to be on duty;
b、 Entry and exit personnel must remove their shoes or change into clean soft soled shoes before entering; c、 No hard objects shall be dragged on the ground, and mud, sand, etc. shall not be brought into the site;
d、 The work site (such as welding, ceiling painting, etc.) must be equipped with barrier materials to avoid damaging or dirtying the epoxy floor,
e、 After the maintenance period, general cleaning methods can be used for cleaning. If conditions permit, neutral water wax can be applied manually to protect the waxing machine from scratches.
