環氧地坪設計依據及施工須知

環氧地坪施工須知 
為了快速、準確地選擇合適的地坪塗裝工藝,使地坪設計在使用效能、表現效能、安全性能、經濟效能等方面達到所需,安廣建議考慮以下因素: 

使用壽命要求 
根據使用時限選擇相應的地坪 

使用效能要求 
機械效能 
耐磨:地坪在使用時會有哪些車輛行走 
耐壓:地坪在使用時會承受多大載荷 
抗衝擊:衝擊力是否會引起地坪面層剝離 

化學效能 
耐酸堿:使用時腐蝕性化學物質的種類及濃度 
耐溶劑:使用時溶劑類型及接觸時間 

所在樓層情况 
地下樓層或地面樓層 
是否需要防潮處理或選擇特殊防潮地坪

基礎層情况 
地板强度:一般要求抗壓強度>20Mpa 
平整度:是否需要找平層或環氧砂漿修補 

美觀 
顏色:是否需要用顏色劃分區域色 
亮度:是選擇啞光、半光還是亮光 
平整度:對地坪的平整度是否有要求 

防火花與防靜電 
有些場合對地坪有此需要

施工前對素地要求 
新混凝土通常需養護四周,保證水份充分揮發,混凝土完全凝固,以達到基礎層所需强度。 

安全性要求 
在油漬環境或坡道處,需選擇防滑地坪 

舊有地坪處理 
◇强度是否滿足鋪設環氧地坪條件 
◇原有塗層需做試驗,其與待做地坪是否相容,已决定是直接施工或者徹底清除以後再施工。 

損壞區域處理 
需在施工底塗前後用環氧砂漿修補平整,並充分考慮其粘合力和强度。 

原地面伸縮縫、分格縫處理 
有三種處理方法 
◇原樣予以保留 
◇直接鋪設不予保留 
◇灌注彈性膠

施工環境要求 
基面含水率 
在8%以上時不能施工非水性環氧地坪 
空氣中濕度 
在85%以上應停止施工 
施工溫度 
低於10℃C應選用特殊配方 

施工後養護 
基於環氧樹脂凝膠及固化特點,施工完畢後需養護7天方可達到强度的80%以上,不能超載重壓; 養護期間,特別不能有水或各類溶液浸潤。

Select the corresponding floor according to the usage time limit 

Performance requirements for use 
Mechanical efficiency 
Wear resistant: What vehicles will walk on the floor during use 
Pressure resistance: How much load will the floor withstand during use 
Impact resistance: Will the impact force cause the floor surface layer to peel off 
Chemical efficiency 
Acid and alkali resistance: types and concentrations of corrosive chemicals during use 
Solvent resistance: solvent type and contact time during use 

Floor situation 
Underground or ground floor 
Do you need moisture-proof treatment or choose a special moisture-proof floor 

Basic layer situation 
Floor strength: generally requires compressive strength>20Mpa 
Flatness: Do you need a leveling layer or epoxy mortar repair 

Beautiful appearance 
Color: Is it necessary to use color to divide the area 
Brightness: Should we choose matte, semi gloss, or glossy

Requirements for bare land before construction 
New concrete usually needs to be cured around to ensure that the moisture evaporates fully and the concrete solidifies completely, in order to achieve the required strength of the foundation layer.   

Security 
In oily environments or slopes, anti slip flooring should be selected 

Old floor treatment 
Does the strength meet the conditions for laying epoxy flooring 
The original coating needs to be tested for compatibility with the floor to be constructed, and it has been decided whether to apply it directly or to remove it completely before construction.   

Damaged area handling 
It is necessary to use epoxy mortar to repair and level before and after the construction primer, and fully consider its adhesion and strength.   

Processing of original ground expansion joints and grid joints 
There are three ways to handle it 
◇ Retain the original form 
◇ Directly laid without reservation 
◇ Inject elastic glue 

Construction environment requirements 
Basal water content 
Non aqueous epoxy flooring cannot be constructed above 8% 
Humidity in the air 
Construction should be stopped above 85% 
Construction temperature 
Special formula should be used for temperatures below 10 ℃ 

Post construction maintenance 
Based on the characteristics of epoxy resin gel and curing, it takes 7 days for curing after construction to reach more than 80% of the strength, and overloading and heavy pressure are not allowed; During the maintenance period, it is particularly important not to let water or various solutions infiltrate.
